Certificate of Hypnosis
The Certificate of Hypnosis is the ideal course for you, if you:
- are curious about hypnosis and would like to learn how it works and how to use it for yourself, family, friends, etc.,
- would like to explore hypnotherapy, either as an interest or as a possible future profession, but would like to ‘try it on’ before you ‘jump right in’,
- are looking for the most cost effective and time efficient way of learning hypnosis, or
- are a Therapist, Doctor, Dentist, Nurse, Counsellor, or Naturopath, etc, looking to incorporate hypnosis as an extra modality in clinical application.
The Certificate of Hypnosis totals approximately 15 hours of pre-course reading and assignments, plus 16 contact/class hours. This or an equivalent course, is a prerequisite for enrollment in the Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Module 1: An introduction to Hypnotic Techniques
Module 2: Suggestion Therapy for Life Improvement.
Successful completion of this course enables students to join a number of National Hypnotherapy Associations as an Associate or a Student Member. Full membership requires further training.
As with all our courses, contact hours spent in lectures are kept to a minimum so that you save your time and money by studying the background material privately at a time that suits you best. Contact hours are dedicated directly to the practice and development of your hypnosis skills.
The Certificate of Hypnosis, or a recognised equivalent, is a prerequisite for those continuing with the Diploma of Hypnotherapy.
